Welcome to Celebrake. By visiting our website or purchasing a birthday surprise page (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Celebrake is an online tool that lets you create a personalised, privately hosted birthday web page — including photos, a memory timeline, a letter, background music and a cake wish — and share it through a single private link. The Service is a digital product delivered over the internet.

2. What you get

• A private, personalised birthday page created by you using our editor.
• One private link you can share with the person the page is meant for.
• Access to the editor to update the page for as long as it stays live.

The features included may change or improve over time. We do our best to keep everything described on our website accurate.

3. Your account

To create a page you set a username and password. You are responsible for keeping these credentials safe and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is being misused, contact us immediately.

4. Pricing and payment

The current price is shown clearly on our website before you pay. It is a one-time payment — there is no subscription or recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking details.

5. Delivery

The Service is delivered digitally and instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your editor access and private page link are created. You then fill in the content and publish the page from the editor.

6. Your content

You are solely responsible for the photos, text, names and other content you upload. You confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content is not unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• You will not upload content that infringes anyone's rights, including privacy and copyright.

We may remove content or suspend a page that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Abuse, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship with anyone.
• Harass, threaten or harm any individual through a page or link.

8. Intellectual property

The Celebrake name, website, design and software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. The content you add to your own page remains yours. We claim no ownership over your photos or text.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celebrake is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
