• Account details: the username and password you create, and the name used to build the page.
• Content you upload: photos, text, letters and any other material you add to your page.
• Payment metadata: the amount, payment status and a payment reference returned by our gateway. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or netbanking credentials.
• Usage and device data: basic technical information such as pages visited and approximate device/browser type, used to keep the Service working and secure.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, Razorpay handles your payment details directly under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, along with limited contact and method information used for our records and support.

3. How we use your information

• To create, host and deliver your personalised birthday page.
• To verify payments and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To provide support when you contact us.
• To keep the Service secure, reliable and improving.

4. Storage and security

Your data is stored with reputable cloud service providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process payments.
• Our hosting and storage providers that run the Service on our behalf.
• Authorities, where required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal, privacy-friendly analytics to understand general usage and performance. These do not identify you personally. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and page data for as long as your page is active or as needed to provide the Service. If your page is deleted or expires, we remove your uploaded content in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some records (such as payment confirmations) may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete your page and uploaded photos, by emailing dubeyabhinav100@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The Service is intended for users who are old enough to enter into a valid contract. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date above.
